We only sued the Ministry Of Health To ANSWER about our beef with WHO and Tedros. We did not expect the court to say our claim is against the WHO directly... What will the court do today? Sue the WHO!

Our letter we asked to answer says we are trying to invoke the Constitution Article 46 which prohibits private monopolies that interfere with industry, trade or agriculture... therefore we insist its a Constitutional DUTY to EXIT the WHO!!!! The Constitutional Chamber added in WHO, so this could go many ways, but all good : )

Oh wow Bruce - We never realized that the snake on the WHO's medicine staff is really symbolic of the SNAKE oil salesman! Awesome to think of their logo as a fair warning symbol! Shady and sneaky - all is in plain sight haha!
We must make these nutballs at WHO, or at least the Member States answer to all the accusations. It's totally unfair they sit in an Ivory Tower and look down at us all but we have real science and they have fraudulent pseudo science. It's time to force our right to a settlement of all these disputes. We hope the court helps us commence the trial of the century and gives us clear instructions of how we do this against WHO. We don't think its really supposed to stay in the Constitutional Court if the judges consider it a dispute with real issues to go over and settle - because that is extensive and this court only deals with fast stuff like the right of a response which is we asked for. We will probably be denied the right of a response saying its really being seen as an argument, which needs a full trial and tell us which options we have to file elsewhere. That would actually be so ideal because it will push us forward correctly. Rooting for justice and a real shot at Suing the WHO!

It was a closed session today with all 7 judges of the Constitutional Chamber, and we will get the ruling anytime from a week to about a month!
